Updates to 2.3 Ranks: -> Added Elite Guardsman. -> Requirements are set to "Unknown at this time.", what it get is set to "REDACTED." until it has been disclosed. -> Updated ranks from Cadets > Senior Guardsman. -> Rephrased Cadet > Senior Guardsman descriptions.

Updates to Rules: -> Updated rule 4 to include section about off duty.

Updates to Security Protocol: -> Changed Senior Guard+ to Guardsman, the replacement of Senior Guards.
