in 3.2 Warnings, adding a sub message to General nuisance warning to give a time when termination can occur.

In 2.5 Quota & Activity, added a section about LOA to enforce the secret unwritten rule. The section about shift recording was also removed due to that it was removed from the main server.

In 4.1 Subdivision, it was revamped entirely to remove information that was outdated to something that was in date. It was renamed to focus on MRT, the current subdivision currently.
