Update to 2.5 Activity and Quota.
Fixed the formatting for the Quota Rules.
I've changed the text below "Quota Rules".
- To mention how the system is ran as and its actual use.
Updated the format for Quota Rule 1.
- Removed text about logging in an private server.
- Added where to go AFK if for less than 7 minutes.
- Fixed grammar about being AFK for more than 7 minutes.
Removed the text about Quota Strike due to it being done automatically.
